PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY:

It is User’s responsibility to make sure that User's computer system meets requirements to use Website and all materials contained within. System requirements are plainly posted on each product page. Any anti-virus, security, or operating system settings, determined or undetermined, that prevent User from accessing information is sole responsibility of User.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

Our products are generally packed for shipping, within 24 hours of the placement of your order, by e-mail. If you purchase the download, the .zip link will be available on your last Pay Pal page entitled: Return to Merchant, or some such name (Pay Pal has a tendency to change names from time to time, sorry). If you miss this download link, you may request an email with the url in it. If you need a copy of winzip, you can download it from: http://www.winzip.com/ddchomea.htm. Due to cost prohibitions, no software or hard copies will be mailed.

Most digital products are now delivered in this way as it ensures that costs are greatly reduced and these savings can be passed onto the customer.

Should you require a hard copy we are happy to provide one, subject to a US shipping and handling fee of $6.29 ($4.99 plus $1.30 insurance which we will not ship without). All orders outside of the US are filled by download only!

GUARANTEE

Click bank will, at its option, replace of repair any defective product within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days all sales are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have submitted a successful order via our secure server the order can not be cancelled, sorry.

TYPOS, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

International orders (when possible) are filled by download only).

All prices listed on our websites site are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however the price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged, subject to the conditions listed above.

Once you have placed an order on our secure server we do not store your credit card details - these details are immediately erased from our computer systems once your order has been processed successfully or unsuccessfully.
